Payroll service providers often provide products and services outside of payroll. These other services often make it difficult for customers to contact and speak directly with representatives that actually process their payroll and ACH transactions. This is where we come in. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and focus on the core reason we started SMPLY.
Jeremy is new to the payroll industry, but not new to being part of a growing business in his hometown of Kannapolis, NC. Jeremy’s wife, DeAnna owns and operates a local CPA firm locally that has seen tremendous growth over the past 5 years. In the spring of 2020, Jeremy and DeAnna decided to make payroll operations its own profit center and started SMPLY Payroll. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service at an affordable price.
Katrenna has worked in the Payroll and Accounting industry for over 20 years, gaining experience in payroll, accounting, human resources, and taxes. As a seasoned Sr. Payroll Administrator/Client Implementation, she is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and easing the anxiety that comes with payroll processes. Outside of the office, Katrenna enjoys spending time with her grandkids, cooking, and reading.
Melinda has 10 years’ experience in accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and payroll. She completed the APA payroll processing bootcamp in the fall of 2019. Melinda enjoys spending time with her two children and involvement with her church.
